Focus Groups Gain Insight for North Dakota Vocational Rehabilitation Services

KAT Communications collaborated with North Dakota Vocational Rehabilitation to conduct focus groups among North Dakota businesses and Native Americans in North Dakota to gauge the knowledge level regarding vocational rehabilitation services available in our state. The purpose of the focus groups was to analyze non-client awareness and to identify potential gaps in services.

KAT developed a series of questions to probe the knowledge level, scheduled the locations across North Dakota and conducted the focus groups. Upon completion of the focus groups, the responses were compiled and analyzed.

North Dakota Vocational Rehabilitation used the data to develop a strategic plan of outreach to improve client base and services among businesses and American Indian communities.
